Terms of service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and transactions with The Brew Reserve (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services, you (“the client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings, Deposits & Payments

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund.

  • After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, your deposit may be transferred to one alternative date (subject to availability). Only one reschedule is permitted.

  • If you cancel within 30 days of your event, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Full payment is due 21 days prior to your event.

2. Bond & Damages

  • A $250 bond is required for all services and is not included in your package price.

  • The bond will be refunded within 2–5 business days following your event, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are required.

  • Deductions may be made if:

    • Damage occurs to The Brew Reserve equipment or cart.

    • Excessive cleaning is required (e.g., spills, staining, sticky residues).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within the 14-day cooling-off period are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations after 14 days are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, venue closure, or unforeseen circumstances outside of your control): clients may reschedule their booking once at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued unless covered by the 14-day cooling-off period.

4. Service Duration & Overtime

  • Service times are outlined in your chosen package and do not include set-up or pack-down.

  • If service exceeds the agreed timeframe, an additional fee will apply for every 30 minutes (or part thereof).

5. Venue & Access Requirements

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients must provide:

  • A flat, stable surface for cart placement.

  • Onsite parking for loading and unloading.

  • Notification if access includes stairs (no more than one flight permitted). Additional staffing may be required if stairs are involved.

6. Travel & Delivery

  • Delivery is complimentary within a 35km radius.

  • Travel between 35–75km incurs a $50 flat fee.

  • Travel beyond 75km is subject to a custom quotation.

7. Power & Generator Fee

  • Access to power must be confirmed prior to the event.

  • Where no power is available, a $75 generator fee will apply.

8. Liability & Guest Conduct

  • The Brew Reserve is not liable for injury, illness, or accidents caused during the use of our cart or self-serve stations.

  • The Brew Reserve accepts no liability for guests who choose to mix our brews with alcohol or other substances.

9. Allergies & Dietary Disclaimer

Our brews may contain:

  • Dairy, caffeine, and traces of nuts or other allergens.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of potential allergens. The Brew Reserve is not liable for adverse reactions.

10. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take photographs and/or videos during your event for marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish your event to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to your booking date.

11. Agreement

By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
